I found this book to be very useful and practical. Maltz talks about from changing your limiting self-image to discovering success mechanism within you. You can read my full review of this book.
Before reading this, I’ve watched the movie that was made based on this book. Dan Millman, a gymnast, who found an old guy named Socrates who helps him overcome the life’s challenges and become a peaceful warrior.
“The journey is what brings us happiness not the destination.”

This book is very good and been the international bestseller maintaining 4.1-star ratings. Those who are looking for some inspiration will find this book interesting. In this book, Dan shares some extraordinary quotes that apply to all generations.

This is another popular self-help book by the author called Joseph Murphy who has also written numerous other books on this topic. In this book, the author shows the methods to influence your subconscious mind to achieve great things.
Dr. Murphy shows the practical and effective exercises to get great results and improve your life. I read this book a few years ago and found it very helpful.

The author shares various quotes and inspiring real-life stories to unlock secret techniques that’ll help you overcome bad habits, phobias or and other compulsions.
While the title obviously sounds like a business book, it’s more than that. Think and Grow Rich is an all-in-one self-development book that’ll help you in many aspects of your life.

This classic book was originally published in 1937 by Napoleon Hill, an American self-help author. In some chapters, the author shows the power of imagination, visualization, persistence, and some other techniques.
Napoleon Hill wrote this book after studying hundreds of wealthy people and their habits. The author emphasizes that riches cannot be just measured by money and there are more elements to getting wealthy.
Okay, this might seem controversial to add this book in this category, but I like it very much. This popular Vedanta book kinda questions the existence of life we perceive. I Am That book is a collection of teachings of Sri Nisargadatta Maharaj, one of the great sages of India.

Although this book sounds like a philosophical, it’s deeper and shows the way in destroying false identities. Originally published in 1973, this book helped to spread the Vedanta philosophy to the western world.
